top real estate training,coaching, extreme techniques and accountibility
So called Gurus are coming out of the Workwork and charging amazing fees that they know little about.
It really makes me turn my head everytime I turn around there is another "real estate trainer" that has given up on real estate and decided to pray on the less fortunate. Folks, the reason you got into this business was to make money and money you shall make. Get rid of all the jerks telling to you don't have it, they want 1500 a month before they even talk to you. Best of all you could not get one on the phone if you tried. I have coached people that have went from being burnt out to doing 50 transactions a year. the last time I chatted with one she was doing amazingly well, had a life and a child, and little stress. Not bad considering she did worked seven days a week, every year and could not even pay her office bill.
IT takes mindset, a man that will follow you, keep you accountable, change your mindset, and do the things you are uncomfortable and don't want to you. I will completely teach you Response generated market and viral networking, social networking, prospecting, and the whole ball of wax. One on One. Go ahead Google "tom braatz,real estate" I think I only come up on the first 20 pages of google or so.What's funny is I have so many propductive avenues that all can be accomplished in 45 minutes a day that you'll laugh out loud with what you will learn. There are those that do not want you to know what I know. I want you to have a cash cow real estate business that others would envy. Want to start. My fees are very small as opposed to others, even more so the material you get from me, the usage, the power, the education, and mindset will stay for life. I am only $390 per month. Those other guys would not stand stand a chance once you get into the motion. Want a like business, get back to basics, earn gobs of money, get rid of the fear and worry and enjoy getting to work?. I offer one on one call, my phone is available for questions, I have all the forms, ads, techniques, follow ups, and more just waiting to make you money. We even have a once a week chat room for an hour or more to go over questions and objectives. I have proved my self. I work 35 to 40 hours a week. It was in 1993 that I came close to seven digits in income, and I have made six since 1989.I am explosive with the need to show all offer, and far more.
